Warranty Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the application, all products sold by GO POWER are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

GO POWER shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but no limited to, damaged or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, costs of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation, or use of products sold by GO POWER. GO POWER reserves the right to make product improvements or changes without notice and without incurring liability with respect to similar products previously manufactured.

The sole obligation of GO POWER shall be limited only to the products found to be defective, in either workmanship or material, after inspection performed by GO POWER. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers the replacement or repair of the product at our election.

GO POWER warranty is void when said GO POWER product in question has been physically altered, improperly installed or used, or otherwise damaged to no fault of GO POWER, or has not been used for the said purpose it was intended or for which it was designed. GO POWER does not warrant the performance of the products due to GO POWER’s lack of control during product installation and usage.

GO POWER products are designed primarily for off-highway use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check and abide by all local, state, and federal laws and emissions regulations. Subject to applicable state law, some items may not be legal for use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles.
