TERMS AND CONDITIONS

!. Agreement to Terms:  It is assumed purchaser agrees and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sales by entering a business arrangement to purchase product from GO Power Motorsports LLC (“GO POWER”).

 
2. Orders:  No order will be considered valid until that order ships fro GO POWER’s facility and an invoice is issued. 

3. Special Orders:  A 50% deposit is required on any special/custom order item.  Deposits are non-refundable.
 

4. Payment Options:  GO POWER accepts credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), Cashier’s Checks, Bank Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, and PayPal. Company checks will be accepted once requirements are met after initial order. For payments via Cashier’s Check or Bank Money Order, a 7 - 10 day hold will be placed on order processing until funds are cleared. Personal checks are not accepted. Qualifying accounts are eligible for credit terms.
 

5. Delinquent Accounts:  If an account must be placed in collections, the purchaser will be responsible for all related professional recovery fees.
 

6. Sales Tax:  Non-refundable sales tax will be charged on all invoices to California purchasers unless a resale card is on file with GO POWER at the time of invoicing.
 

7. Shipping (48 continental states):  All orders will be shipped by the fastest and/or most economical method. All shipping charges applied to GO POWER orders include insurance. All shipments are FOB. Oak Hills, California. Drop ship service is available from GO POWER’s facilities for a nominal fee.

Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier of service.  GO POWER is not responsible for damages due to carriers’ negligence.

 Any discrepancies in GO POWER’s order processing or shipment, such as quantity of parts invoiced versus actual parts delivered, must be reported within 10 days of receipt by customer in order to make a legitimate claim of error.
